Returns Policy
- Once goods have been dispatched you cannot cancel the order.
- Goods such as perishable goods are exempt from returns.
- Nicotine pouches are perishable goods and as such are not eligible for returns. Please do not send your purchase back.
- We are not responsible for errors in your delivery address.
- If goods are undeliverable and thus, make their way back to us, you may be eligible for a refund. However, this will not include the original postage and packaging costs.
